If you are an slp with strong pediatric clinical experience, you wil love this assignment opportunity. You will see children with Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum disorder, prematurity, CP. Most are children that are simply diagnosed with 'Developmental Delay' with out specific medical diagnosis, yet. Unique diagnoses are out there as well, but that nothing to rule in or out a candidate, most of the time the professionals and parents are learning together the implications. There are a few other center based with language delays, speech delays, feeding concerns. peds feeding exp is a plus..
