The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on www.JobsSLP.com (the "Site") is the exclusive property of JobsSLP.com, a division of GNR Health Systems, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Specific Prohibited Uses

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information, as well as JobsSLP.com member companies (companies and staffing firms).
JobsSLP.com specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:

  • Printing out or otherwise copying or using any personally identifiable information about candidates for purposes other than consideration of the candidates for potential employment or placement by your company.
  • Posting or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, "spam," chain letters, telephone calls or any other form of solicitation or any non-resume information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise, to member companies or job seekers.
  • Spamming JobsSLP.com member companies or candidates whose resumes appear on the site.
  • Using a resume or otherwise responding to a job listing other than for the purpose of applying for a job on behalf of yourself.
  • In the case of member companies, using allocated job listings other than to list available jobs at the member company or, in the case of staffing firms, available opportunities that the staffing firm has been engaged to fill.
  • Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume that you have posted for the purpose of seeking job opportunities for yourself (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf). Recruiters representing candidates may not send that candidate's resume in response to a job posting.
  • Posting the resume of anyone other than yourself.
  • Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary) or requires recruitment of others including, but not limited to, members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
  • Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
  • Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on the Site.
  • Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure.
  • If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this website, disclosing to or sharing your password with any other person or entity or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from JobsSLP.com on the Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  • Accessing the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by JobsSLP.com for use in accessing the Site.
  • Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.

Bulk posting terms of use

Bulk Posting General Terms and Use
JobsTherapy.com,a family of job boards, herein known as PTJobs.com, JobsOT.com, and JobSLP.com authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from JobsTherapy.com solely for your personal use. JobsTherapy.com reserves the right to limit active job posts to 250, 500, or 1,000. These limits may be amended at JobsTherapy.com's sole discretion. Job posting specifications must be adhered to and associated with a "job_id" reference number. Each job post should be unique and descriptive as defined below in "unique posting guidelines." Duplicate job posts will be deleted.

Unique Job Post Guidelines

  1. Job Title - Differentiate job titles and strive for the ultimate goal; obtaining a qualified candidate. Job titles should appeal to the seeker. 50 characters. Displayed in search results.
        a. i.e. - "Double your Income as a PT"
  2. Location - When candidates search and apply to jobs they want to know the location. If the required city needs to remain confidential, be sure to include the county or metro area. Displayed in search results.
  3. Short Description - An introduction to the job should be unique and appealing to the job seeker. 100 characters. Displayed in search results.
        a. i.e. - "Fantastic management opportunity for outpatient ortho/sports clinic"
  4. Long Descriptions - Cannot be duplicated. Long descriptions give job seekers the view into the career opportunity. Be descriptive when including work environment, compensation, benefits, hours & caseloads, location, mentorship, information about the facility, keyword repetition, scenic areas & any requirements of the position.
  5. Desired Setting and Practice Areas are new features as of 1/3/08. Jobs that fall under "other" tend to go unnoticed when searching. Enter as much information as possible to allow your posting to stand out.

Bulk Posting Terms and Use
Users may not use any JobsTherapy.com family of job boards in order to transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation, JobsTherapy.com Content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any JobsTherapy.com including without limitation, the following activities: (a) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any JobsTherapy.com Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. JobsTherapy.com will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.

In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, JobsTherapy.com reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including resume views) that may be accessed by you in any given time period. These limits may be amended in JobsTherapy.com family of job boards, sole discretion.

If notified by a user of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, JobsTherapy.com may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. JobsTherapy.com has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

You are solely responsible for your employer account information or job postings, Profile, content (including, without limitation works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or later developed), messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations or other information ("User Content") that you post on any JobsTherapy.com or transmit to other users. You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using any JobsTherapy.com site that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to JobsTherapy.com family of job boards that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms.

JobsTherapy.com acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content, has no obligation to screen User Content, communications or information in advance, and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by users. However, JobsTherapy.com may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any JobsTherapy.com family of job boards. JobsTherapy.com reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the JobsTherapy.com Sites and/or use of JobsTherapy.com services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. JobsTherapy.com may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for JobsTherapy.com damage JobsTherapy.com brand or public image, or cause JobsTherapy.com family of job boards, to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

JobsTherapy.com does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.

It is also a violation of the Terms, to include in any User Content submitted to JobsTherapy.com family of job boards Networking information that may be interpreted as direct solicitation, advertisement or recruitment for an available job position directed to individuals seeking employment on either a full time or part time basis.

Any Profile you submit must describe you, a company. Examples of inappropriate and prohibited profiles include, but are not limited to, profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual that is not you.

In order to protect our JobsTherapy.com family of job boards, Networking Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, JobsTherapy.com reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which a User may send to other Users to a number which JobsTherapy.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of JobsTherapy.com at any level. JobsTherapy.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from JobsTherapy.com. Immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access JobsTherapy.com family of job boards and/or any other services provided to you by JobsTherapy.com upon any breach by you of these Terms. If JobsTherapy.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information, you submit to JobsTherapy.com or pursuant to other JobsTherapy.com family of job boards' registration. Even after you are no longer a User of JobsTherapy.com family of job boards certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. JobsTherapy.com reserves the right to terminate user privileges upon JobsTherapy.com discretion while not awarding refunds for services incurred.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and JobsTherapy.com family of job boards, and is accepted by you upon your use of JobsTherapy.com family of job boards.
