Management Experience Required!

We have an outstanding opportunity now available for a highly qualified Speech Therapist to join the management team as Rehab Director in this state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility.  This beautiful facility is located in Lynchburg, VA. 

The Rehab Director will oversee the Interdisciplinary Therapy Team. Must  have an understanding of RUG-Levels and Medicare/Medicaid billing.

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat team player with strong clinical, communication, organization, leadership and time-management skills.

Requires:

• Current US work authorization as US Citzen or Green Card holder
• Current active SLP license in Virginia (or eligible).
• 3+ years clinical experience as a SLP, with at least 1+ years experience in similar setting.
• 2+ years recent prior managment experience, with at least 1+ years in similar setting.
